In Britain, increasing numbers of shopping centres are becoming what Americans call “ghost malls”. As big-name brands go under, smaller merchants can no longer rely on stragglers from these stores to bring business.
While on his travels through Singapore, Sean Cafferty spotted something that reminded him why he was inspired to start Freshspaceb2b in the first place. Having managed a kitchen firm for many years, it occured to him that the model kitchens in his showroom could be utilized at night for cooking and serving food, i.e. private dinner parties. Apparently these entrepreneurs in Singapore have had the same idea!
Recently Sean Cafferty was wandering through Singapore, where he spotted a space that represents all that Freshspaceb2b is about: an energetic, stimulating mixed working environment; a wide variety of co-working spaces, meeting rooms, private offices and event space offering creative working environments with a unique entrepreneurial spirit.
An escape from the confines of the office. This unique work, social cum dining space combines industrial chic with eclectic details. Featuring three Studios designed for intimate meetings, The Gallery, a flexible space designed for small corporate events, private parties or social gatherings and Workers’ Union Bar and Grill, a beer garden with a relaxed chill vibe.
“This is the company we are getting our man made unit for the hall from. They did a pop up shop in London while we were there. A guy was handing out leaflets on the pavement and persuading people to go and have a look. This is something that empty units can be used for and I’m sure would massively help online companies to promote and sell their wares.”
Laptop, smartphone and Internet connection is all you need to fulfill your professional duties: Perfect, why not work from Mallorca then?
